Return Policy for Stay Immersed VR

Returns & Exchanges
All products are made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Other than damaged or
defective items, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or
ordering mistakes.
Please double-check your shipping address, size selection, and product details before placing your
order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We’re committed to quality. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us at support@stayimmersedvr.com within 7 days of receiving your item
- Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue
If your request is approved, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.
Wrong Address
If the provided address is insufficient or incorrect and the shipment is returned, you will be responsible
for the reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
Lost Packages
If your order seems lost in transit, contact us at support@stayimmersedvr.com. We’ll work hard to
investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds
We only issue refunds for:
- Damaged or misprinted items
- Packages confirmed that are lost in transit
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your
bank to process the return.
Return Not Required
In most cases of defective items, you won’t need to return the product. A clear photo of the issue is
usually sufficient for approval.
Final Notes
- We do not accept returns for wrong size or style preferences, as all items are printed on demand.

- We follow Printful’s return guidelines to ensure fast and fair resolutions for our customers.
