Every Stay Immersed VR product is made to order just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for size changes, color preferences, or change-of-mind purchases.

Please double-check your size, color, and shipping details before placing your order.

That said, we want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue.

Once we review it, we’ll gladly help with a replacement or another fair solution.
